One of the biggest mistakes I see salespeople make in the #B2Bsaas world is give up too soon Most salespeople want to have one or two conversations, follow up once or twice and close a deal However, b2b saas deals averagely need between *7* and *13* touchpoints to close That doesn't mean one conversation and follow up 6 to 12 times - you could mix it up; ➡️ Make the sales cycle one that naturally involves more conversations, including different people from both sides along the way ➡️ Share helpful data and case studies in between calls, or follow up with further questions ➡️ Connect on LinkedIn (or other social media) and enageg with their posts and activity This way, each next step along the path to the close is small and easy-to-accept, you're in their mind more, and differentiate yourself from most other salespeople who give up after one or two calls and a few standard follow up emails What other things do you do to keep the touchpoints up in your sales cycle? #b2bsalescycle #salestouchpoints #saassalescycle
