Given that the frequency of high-grade adverse events was lower in R-Bendamustine treated patients, older patients can benefit from R-Bendamustine regimen without further toxicity.🔷

ASH 2023: Jelena Jelicic presented a study at the ASH meeting in San Diego on prognostic models for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in patients under 70. The study aimed to evaluate the utility of different prognostic models, specifically comparing the traditional International Prognostic Index (IPI) with the more recent NCCN-IPI. The findings suggest that NCCN-IPI better discriminates between risk categories and could potentially include more patients in clinical trials. We're excited to announce that GC Cell has received #MFDS clearance for the #IND of our Phase I trial of #GCC2005, an allogenic anti-CD5 CAR-NK therapy targeting T-cell malignancies. #GCC2005 aims to overcome key challenges of current CAR-T therapies, such as fratricide and T-Cell Aplasia, while offering improved durability and efficacy. This could provide broader and more affordable treatment options for various lymphoma subtypes.
