Teams of two partner up, holding a stick between them to create makeshift soccer goals. The challenge? While defending their own goal, teams try to score on others. The game lasts three minutes, and the team with the best defense wins. This fast-paced game gets everyone running, changing directions, sweating, smiling, and ready for practice.
