This is one of the most important numbers a private banker needs to memorise: what is the value of a client relationship over 10 years? If a client leaves in less than 10 years, maybe you did something wrong, or it was a casting error. But if you're letting an ideal client NOT sign with you because of a misunderstanding, exactly how much did that misunderstanding cost you in lost revenue? Calculate that number, and memorise it. It motivates most RMs to really work harder to avoid misunderstandings.
