Follow the “Positive Energies” of Barcolana 56 presented by Generali! We are proud to have created this year again, an unforgettable Manifesto for the Largest Sailing Race in the World, teaming up with Stefan Sagmeister, one of the most acclaimed designers of our time, for the poster of the 56th edition of the event. We highlighted the connection between this edition's theme, the “Positive Energies”, and Sagmeister's work, who has interpreted the event through the lens of “Beautiful Numbers” and the perspective of “Long Term Thinking”, his most recent exhibitions, aimed to provoke a thought about the world's positive developments when viewed from a long-term perspective. The artist chose to reproduce sails of different colors and different sizes to represent the evolution of participation in Barcolana over the last 54 years. The female figure, on the other hand, recalls the progress over time of the role of women in sailing competition, from simple spectator, to great protagonist as it is today. Barcolana 56 is scheduled for October 13th 2024 in the Gulf of Trieste, starting at 10:30 a.m., preceded by events on land and at sea from October 4th. We are waiting for you all! 2023 was a big year for Grenardi Group - driven by strategic expansion, the acquisition of GRENARDI, and the dedicated efforts of our team - Grenardi Group retail turnover surged by 40%!
