Through our Patient Code of Conduct, we are emphasizing how our team members are crucial members of our patients’ healthcare team. While signs will be in the pharmacy area, this new code of conduct applies in our entire store. Like our patients and customers, our team members deserve an environment of respect, whether they’re providing counseling on a new therapy, helping patients to navigate their care, or assisting with an over-the-counter purchase.
