Processes before systems. If you don't know your process, you have no way to evaluate the effectiveness of a system. Once you know your process, you can find the right systems that will save you time and make financial sense. There isn't just one system that will fill your needs. There may be several. But you will be an informed consumer able to see through the shiny new thing to evaluate how well it fill your needs.
