The primary endpoint, change from baseline in CHOP INTEND score at 6 months, demonstrated a statistically significant improvement compared to a historical control group (p<0.0001). The higher-dose regimen consists of two 50 mg loading doses followed by 28 mg maintenance doses every 4 months, compared to the currently approved 12 mg regimen. While detailed safety and efficacy data will be presented at a future medical conference, Biogen reported a lower percentage of serious adverse events in the higher-dose group.
