📸 Our Tweak Your Leaks follow-up chat* yesterday was a great opportunity to take stock of our marketing gaps and brainstorm ways to plug them. Some of our leaks included: ❌ forgotten clients; ❌ lack of emotional connection; ❌ lack of gateway. What we can do: ✅ reach out to dormant clients; ✅ send seasonal cards, postcards or gifts to clients for a personal touch; ✅ offer a re-translation of a short (and clearly machine-translated text) found on a potential client's website to illustrate how we can improve it; ✅ post testimonials and case studies on LinkedIn using slideshows; ✅ attend trade shows, but without expecting immediate results. We all found the session very inspiring and agreed that more #CPD like this would be very useful. Watch this space!
