An Australian-first rare earths and critical minerals project in Dubbo, regional NSW, has taken a material step forward after Australian Strategic Materials (ASM) received financial backing from a US export credit agency. Export-Import Bank of the United States (USEXIM) signed a non-binding and conditional Letter of Interest to provide a debt funding package of up to $923 million (USD$600 million) for the construction of the rare earths mine, which will support the company’s metals refinery in Korea. The funding will go towards the construction phase of the Dubbo Project, showcasing the new opportunities between Australia and the US to achieve bilateral objectives. #criticalminerals #rareearths #dubbo #regionalnsw #investmentopportunities #InvestRegionalNSW #ASM

Anyone following mining, definitely wants to read this article. As an FYI, Nicola Mining, is an opportunistic exploration play". Why? because we have permits which eliminates a lot of issues. We have: - a copper mine permit, 5 year MYAB copper exploration permit - a silver mine permit, application in for a 5 yr silver MYAB - a mill permit, - a rock quarry permit - a gravel extraction permit. - and a cement plant too. We believe in the old adage that cashflow is king so we create it and use it to fund our blue sky copper exploration for our New Craigmont Copper Project. https://lnkd.in/gRks5FDZ Here's a short video https://lnkd.in/g-5G8Yp2 as well as a fact sheet https://lnkd.in/gseU5yMr #nicolamining #Merritt #BC #Canada #bluesky #exploration #miningstocks #investing #juniormining #miningnews #explorationandproduction #copper #coppermining #gold #silver #goldmining #silvermining #mining #investor #invest #opportunity #stocktalk #stockmarketnews #stocks #tsxv #otcmarkets #otcqb #DAX
It illustrates how Canadian mining is becoming the nexus of a colossal geopolitical struggle. Ottawa just pushed Chinese state-owned companies out of the sector, and the U.S. is now considering moving public funding in. The American military has a new pot of money at its disposal to help private companies inaugurate new mining projects; it's for funding feasibility studies, plant renovations, battery-recycling and worker training. https://lnkd.in/gC8kShF9
