Hiring private investigators (PIs) for workers' compensation (workers' comp) investigations is a strategic and prudent decision that significantly reduces fraudulent claims and saves money for businesses and insurers. Not convinced? Let us show you why you may need a PI. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝 Private investigators have specialized skills in surveillance, data analysis, and interviewing techniques which enable them to uncover fraudulent activities that might otherwise go undetected. PIs conduct thorough investigations, including: -Surveillance to monitor claimants' activities and verify the legitimacy of their injuries. -Background checks to identify any history of fraudulent claims. -Social media investigations -Interviews with witnesses and colleagues to gather comprehensive information. 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 The financial benefits of hiring PIs are significant. At a time when insurers and employers are already paying additional costs to handle a new claim, hiring a professional investigator may seem like an unnecessary extra fee. Knowing that skilled professionals might scrutinize their actions, potential fraudsters may think twice before attempting to deceive the system. This proactive approach helps maintain a lower incidence of fraud overall. 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 PIs bring efficiency to the investigation process. They use advanced technology and methodologies to gather evidence quickly and accurately. This efficiency is crucial in workers' comp cases, where timely decisions impact the employer's finances, the claimant's recovery process, and may ensure time sensitive evidence is collected before it's too late. Ultimately, hiring private investigators for workers' comp investigations is a cost-effective and efficient strategy to combat fraud and stop the bleeding. The specialized skills and expertise of PIs, combined with their ability to deter fraudulent activities mitigate the damage from fraud that may already be in progress, make them invaluable in the fight against workers' comp fraud. Normalize checking your employment status with the Department of Labour to ensure no companies are fraudulently registered under your name. Some fraudulent companies you submit your CV to, especially online, may register you for UIF to claim money for themselves. This can lead to situations where you are not receiving job offers because the database shows that you are already working, as a company has used your details for corruption. To protect yourself, we strongly advise against including your ID number on your CV. Sharing such sensitive information can lead to various forms of identity theft and fraud. Most fraudulent companies misuse this information to make false claims for Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) money or to register individuals on the UIF system without their consent. If you are registered on the UIF system as currently employed, it may appear that you are already working. This can cause potential employers to overlook your application, assuming you are not available for new opportunities. Only share your ID number when it is absolutely necessary and with trusted entities, such as during the final stages of the hiring process or directly with verified human resources personnel. Always verify the legitimacy of the company and the request for your personal information.

ATTN: SCOTLAND YARD AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF THE UNITED KINGDOM MATTER: DWP CONFIRM THAT THE UK IS FRAUD BASED BY PRODUCING AND ATTEMPTING TO USE MISINFORMING CV ON BEHALF OF CLIENT WITHOUT APPROVAL OR CONSENT. To the right in the image below is a C.V produced on the insistence of the DWP/Job Centre. To the far left is one of the three C.V's I produced and uploaded to the Universal Credit Journal which a work Coach, one Mohammed Hussein, deleted. In between are extracts from the false C.V produced on the insistence of DWP showing how the DWP has tried to downgrade and misrepresent me to employers. My argument is that all Britons at one point in life must deal with the DWP. If attempts at fraud like this are allowed to go unaddressed it means we are all at the mercy of a nation structured to condone and support fraud. In an earlier post - being a three part series containing my posts on the matter on the Universal credit Journal - I provide details. In the C.V produced on the insistence of DWP, my skills were listed as 'passions' with my certifications in the fields such as Project Management and Digital etc not stated in the C.V, giving the impression that I only have a passion for, and I'm not certified in these areas. CIPR was listed as 'Institute' instead of the name in full to make it appear less authentic. My work experience was truncated and listed under Chartered Practitioner with (Voluntary) in bracket? Just before I had an appointment with the DWP, the police visited me to harass me over a trivia matter - indicating clearly that someone was trying to set me up. It is the 2nd time the police will visit to harass me over a none issue on the same day I have a DWP appointment. At the DWP appointment the work coach tried to get me to agree to apply for a communications job with the DWP/Civil service using this CV on my behalf, which I resisted. He gave me a hard copy of the C.V but is yet to send an electronic version to me so that I can make amends. Yet he gave me a deadline to upload it. My email on the false C.V reads 'yohoo' instead of 'yahoo? Further, I am yet to be shown a copy of a document I was coerced to sign by the same work coach. Should we sit by and watch Britain continue operating in this fraudulent manner. From my personal experience I have noticed virtually all major structures that citizens engage with in the UK are structured to operated on a fraudulent basis. Even the DWP commitments one is coerced to sign are illegal and cannot be enforced by law. Yet they threaten to use this to stop one's only means of livelihood. The same DWP has allowed elements within mess up my established business while the tax policy of the country ensures at the end of the day you earn nothing more than what you would get if on benefit; making business in the UK not worth it - except for fraudsters! Please proceed to read the full details of this attempt at fraud in my proceeding posts.

Staffing scammers are about to have a serious wake up call I want to talk a little bit about something that has been bothering me in my industry. Scamming. Scamming in the staffing industry, particularly through practices like staffing piggybacking, is a serious issue. Staffing piggybacking is a fraudulent practice where agencies bypass legal hiring channels and insurance obligations by piggybacking on another’s credentials. This poses severe risks not only to honest businesses but also to the workforce. It’s going to come to a head soon, and the scammers know it. In fact, some of them have already approached us to ask if they can be credentialed through us at Evoove. We’ve said no. These con artists have scammed the industry for too long, and we are tired of seeing honest businesses suffer. Ethical staffing agencies operate with a high level of transparency. They have clear billing practices, open communication about their hiring processes and fees, and these agencies ensure you understand every aspect of their operation and where your money or your credentials are going. A good reputation speaks volumes, my friends. Time is up on the scammers who are practicing fraudulent activities.
