You're simply receiving well-deserved and long-overdue recognition.

Getting a job is an achievement, celebrate it! You got selected over many others who tried, but didn't succeed this time. A job is more than just a paycheck at the end of the month or a line on your resume. It’s an opportunity that lets you: → Acquire new skills → Collaborate with a team → Develop management skills → Gain valuable work experience → Stay current with industry trends → Build your professional credibility → Expand your network with colleagues and mentors Instead of dismissing a job because it’s not your dream role, consider it a stepping stone in your career. I don't mean you should take a job that doesn't align with your goals or skills, but consider every opportunity carefully, before discarding it. Every job helps you grow and opens new doors to success. Embrace each opportunity and make the most of it!

Early in my career, I used to think that working with a reputed brand should be the goal.   But, after making 3 switches in 5 years of my career, I have realized one thing.   That is, it is never about the brand you are working with.   In the initial few days after joining, you feel ecstatic in bragging about the brand you are working with.   But, in the long run, it is all about the work and the manager you are working with.   So, if you are changing your job, do your research on the quality of work you would be doing.   And find out about the work culture where you would be joining.
