Recruiting teams in 2024(and beyond) still have a lot of uncertainties ahead of them. But one of the clear trends that will 100% persist in the foreseeable future is that teams will remain relatively lean, and therefore need to identify cost effective ways to quickly flex up and down their recruiting capacity while not compromising quality.
