Consistency is the key. At times, we may question the purpose of our persistence—repeating tasks day in and day out, year after year. Yet, numerous instances and examples attest that consistency and perseverance are always key to achieving our objectives. The annual AERZEN Asia Pacific sales meeting exemplifies this principle. Held steadfastly every year, it serves as a forum for us to converge, exchange experiences, showcase products, and recount stories. Each gathering brings us a step closer to our goals. The image below stands testament to our gradual but undeniable growth as a cohesive team, ready for further expansion. Gratitude is owed to our partners, customers, and the challenges we've encountered along the way. They have collectively shaped us into the entity we are today. AERZEN Asia Pacific remains committed to providing optimal solutions to our customers' concerns, steadfast in our dedication to excellence. 🌐 aerzen.com ✉️ asia@aerzen.com #aerzen #Expectperformance #consistency #salesmeeting

I was fortunate to participate in a panel discussion titled "AAM operations and business beyond 2025" with three other professionals at Japan International Advanced Air Mobility Expo 2024 held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, 5-7 June 2024. My topic was "social acceptance of AAM" with focus on how the word "flying car" can be interpreted and understood. It was a very fascinating experience to talk in front of a large number of audience. https://lnkd.in/gUb__DK4

Due to the fact that demand for air travel has not fully recovered on certain regional routes after the pandemic, Austrian Airlines faces new challenges. Particularly, the slow recovery of business travel demand results in a lower demand level, necessitating adjusted capacity structures for economically viable operations. ✈️ Routes such as Vienna to Klagenfurt or Košice are neither economically nor operationally ideal for Austrian Airlines current fleet. These routes will now be served by BRA - Braathens Regional Airlines through wet lease. This means that aircraft and crews will be provided by the partner airline. On board, passengers can expect the familiar Austrian Airlines catering product, and both Business and Economy Class seats will be offered. 🥗🥖 The flights will be operated with two ATR propeller aircraft, which, due to their lower capacity, are more efficient for the respective routes, emit less CO2, and provide the appropriate seat volume for the markets served, with 72 seats. We are happy to have found a dedicated partner in BRA - Braathens Regional Airlines in this challenging segment! 👏
As of summer flight program 2024, BRA - Braathens Regional Airlines, our new cooperation partner will take over certain routes of our Austrian Airlines network, currently operated by the Embraer 195 aircraft through wet lease. ✈ This partnership primarily enhances efficiency and cost-effectiveness on the selected routes, thereby ensuring a sustainable connection to the Vienna hub. On some regional routes, the demand has not fully returned after the pandemic. To continue connecting these routes to our Vienna hub in the future, we need adjusted capacity structures. I am pleased to have found a dedicated partner in Braathens Regional Airlines in this challenging segment! 👏

Triumph Through Teamwork: Japan Airlines Flight 516 🛬 The recent event at Tokyo's Haneda Airport with Japan Airlines Flight 516 amazed us all. Despite a scary collision and fire, everyone got out safely, showing how teamwork and a solid plan can make a huge difference. The success was all about the crew and passengers working together. They followed safety rules, like leaving valuables and not carrying hand luggage, which made the evacuation super quick. This smart thinking and cooperation saved the day. It's like when we stick to a plan in our company. Teamwork and everyone knowing what to do make tough situations easier to handle. This incident reminds us that preparation and unity are key, whether in the sky or in our daily work. Big applause to the crew and passengers for their quick thinking and teamwork! #TeamworkTriumphs #JapanAirlines #SafetyFirst ✈️🌐

Attended MyAero- hosted by NAICO (National Aerospace Industry Corporation Malaysia (NAICO Malaysia) . We have surpassed 3 years since the abrupt halt of commercial airline passengers being able to freely fly around the world. Notwithstanding the fact that as early as December 2019, certain airlines were already feeling the substantial strain of routes to certain parts of Asia being blocked, due to what we thought at the time, was a virus contained in just one part of the world. As a result, in 2020 the aviation industry suffered its worst year in history for passenger demand. The predictions for the industry as a whole to return to pre-pandemic levels as early as late 2023, but almost certainly by 2024 are strong. The speed at which that happens will undoubtedly be affected partly by the economic climate and the affordability of rising travel costs as financial recovery continues for airlines and OEMs. Manufacturing is affected; Put simply, if less planes are in the air, that will most certainly slow manufacturing, along with maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO) and that is exactly what happened. Fast forward to the present day n demand for aerospace manufacturing and MRO is strong. Order books are filling back up as we see increased travel for both business n leisure. So it doesn’t centre around demand, but supply. The 2030 Five core areas target - . Aerospace manufacturing . MRO . Engineering and design capabilities . R&T (Research and Technology) . Human capital Hence, different kind of approach will support in accelerating the Aerospace sector back to pre-pandemic levels and beyond. Kudos to Prof Ts. Shamsul Kamar ABU SAMAH & his team. #naico #aviation #airplane #mro #hangar #AeroManufacturing #manufacturing #aerospace #malaysia

5 Car Brands That Have Left South Africa👇 • Many car brands have left South Africa in the last decade. • This is because it's difficult to compete with strong local brands like Toyota and Ford. • The South African economy and challenging business environment make it difficult for international brands. • Some of the brands that left include Daihatsu (2015), Chevrolet (2017), Dodge and Chrysler (2017), and Datsun (2022).
