Despite the challenges posed by the unexpected arrival of COVID-19 shortly thereafter, we've persevered and grown stronger together. Choosing February 29th, a date that occurs only in leap years, symbolizes the importance of *Forward-Thinking*: Leap years are associated with the idea of forward-thinking, a mindset or approach characterized by anticipation of future needs, challenges, sustainability and opportunities, nicely emphasizes one of the core values of Au & Partners. It's mind-boggling to think about what Premier was in 1985 ... to what we are today ... to what we will become tomorrow. We've navigated 39 years of goodness, sadness, triumph and tragedy. And we stand here today, stronger than ever, looking towards a future that's never been brighter. And it's all due to one thing: CULTURE. Premier was a culture-first company before folks knew what that meant. The founders wanted Premier to be a "different kind of consulting firm." We prioritized our team and clients and life and fun - way before it was cool to do so. Yes, our culture has evolved and changed over the years ... and yet the core has stayed the same. What's at our core, you ask? It simple: We believe that a company can be both client first AND employee centered.
