Good morning and Happy Monday! I'm on the sidelines this season, but a shout out to my Event Planner/Manager colleagues who are, right this minute, in the throes of the holiday season. Not only are you racing from one awesome event to the next, but you're also wrapping up the "paperwork" on 2024 budgets and already planning for the next several months. Plus are trying to manage a personal life of parties, presents, and other year end activities. Whew! I see you, I have been you, I am you. Take a breath, stop and EAT (cuz I know the last time you had a real meal was Thanksgiving - and no, a tiny bite of lasagna as you move at light speed to deal with a problem while at your company's holiday party doesn't count lol), and remember to count to ten... or twenty (my event peeps will read between the lines at that last line knowing exactly what I mean).
