Given its Pride month in many jurisdictions, I was delighted to once again be asked to write for theHRDIRECTOR, this time on practical steps organisations can take to support their LGBTQ+ communities. I was even more delighted to be able to ask Chris Salusbury, who led our relevant ERG at GBG to co-write with me. Read the full article through the link (p.46-47), but in summary; - be data driven in your planning and communication - work with those affected to define how you can help - ensure Allies (esp.
