Sharing a very interesting (and high potential compensation) AE role I was just made aware of. It's the role where I learned most of what I know about sales. Two good friends of mine are hiring (Rachel Putman and Jack Riker). Multiple open spots. Company: Wunderkind Seniority: medium / high (you have to be very strong to get on the team there these days) Comp potential: you can earn more here than most roles in SaaS, if you’re good What they sell: email marketing software to big ecommerce brands (you’ll sell to CMOs and their teams) The product is expensive because it drives big revenue impact for their customers. (it's VERY fun to sell a product that drives measurable revenue) What I'd do to get an interview: figure out how to get a meeting w Rachel, the hiring manager. Or you could apply on the website, but we all know how that works...

I just heard some wisdom from sales expert Alex Harmozi. He said when you're hiring for a team, ask yourself if the person raises the bar for the team. It makes sense because if you don't think they do, you're probably just hiring them because you feel you have to hire someone. If that's the case, it might not be the right person, and could be a drag on the team. Something to think about the next time you're hiring! #business #teambuilding #hiring
