Recently i had an interaction that emphasized me why some strategies struggle to succeed.I would like to say because of leadership, some of people might has to say strategy. perhaps the unfeigned issue is that the two binary in our strategic planning process. Research highlights that 48%of leaders spend less than one day discussing strategy. whence, it's flabbergast that half of all organizations fall short of achieving at least half of their strategic objectives. Yet, more over 90% of leaders know period is denunciatory and recognize the importance of strategic planning. strategic planning involves a systematic process for setting an organization's long term-direction .organization current position ,it's desired future-state, it means to bridge the gap between the two. invariably, the strategies that culminate in success are changing dynamic ,a phenomenon play a role for every industry. strategic planning is established envisioning the future and determining the best process to achieve the vision. it has been a ongoing process that involves setting organizational objectives, assessing the internal and external environment defining strategies, implementing plans, and steady updating. understanding of strategic planning is to define understandable, measurable and achievable objectives. Aforesaid objectives should align with organization's vision that's build a understandable path of future direction. strategies should leverage the organization's strength, mitigate its weakness, exploit opportunities, and protect against threats. A key benefit of strategic planning is create a unified , future oriented vision, aligns the entire organization has common goals. it provides a understandable roles and responsibilities of different individuals. All employees makes to ensure the organization's goals the reason behind their selections, and their individuals roles in realize these goals. The strategic planning process helps to identify and recognize biases in decision making. Requiring decisions turn back by data and rational analysis helps to overcome analytical biases. Leadership plays an important role in the success of strategic planning. Leaders must be involved in the planning process and ensure that the plan is effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization . Jaya Roy
