The recent news about the Body Shop got me thinking about the importance of leadership and differentiation to succeed. https://lnkd.in/ehFjPQ-C The Body Shop, in its hey day, broke boundaries with its ethical standpoint and its product ranges. I’m sure we have all owned or gifted body shop products (who didn’t love white musk back in the 80’s/90’s? 😁). Learning lessons from our failings, being innovative to remain competitive and acting on changes to be relevant to our target audience is a lesson to us all.
