A helpful Globe & Mail article written by a couple of my colleagues on how careful planning can amplify your charitable giving. When asked, ‘Have you considered strategic philanthropy?’ many aren’t sure exactly what that involves. Giving back can support communities, aid global issues, and unite different generations around a common cause. This can strengthen a family bond, and promote a deep sense of philanthropy. Excellent insight which speaks to the aspirational heart of true community engagement.
👏 👏 👏 “Giving back to your community [contributing to society] is not just a charitable act; it is a powerful force that drives positive change and shapes the society we live in. The importance of giving back lies in its ability to foster belonging, address social challenges, facilitate personal growth, strengthen community resilience, and inspire future generations. As individuals, we have the opportunity and responsibility to contribute to the betterment of our communities.…” Matt East

It is impressive how much case studies do to identify the root problems that need to be addressed in order to provide affordable/obtainable housing, which strongly indicate thats a new innovative technology is needed that better utilizes available resources while making the most of the declining workforce in the construction industry. To reiterate... I am ready/anxious to prove the merits of my claims, that our Uni-Panelized Class 3 Panelized Technology can successfully address our nations dire housing needs.

Along with our top-line metrics, the report digs into three innovative case studies in affordable housing from the Bay Area. These developments underscore the diverse needs of housing across this high-cost region—and the solutions we can call on to address them. Thank you to our partners across the country and in NorCal, including Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa, The Unity Council, Abode Home Services and so many others. Further, teach your children service by living it. Teach zero sum of everything does not equal win/loose, instead, it’s connection to our human existence, our ingenuity and free thinking, innovation bolstered by our connections through serving, creating win/win. Teach and live by you winning equals a win for others too (the definition of service). #iheartutah #betheexample

'Wealth isn't just about risk and return. It's also about purpose and impact.' According to the experts at Spear's 500 Live (Nepheli Rigas of UK for UNHCR ; Nicola Johnson of Stewardship; Joe Crome, CAP® of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF); George King IV of MASECO Private Wealth), wealth managers are failing clients by not taking a more active role in facilitating their philanthropic work. This has created a noticeable divide between HNW appetite for giving and the ability of advisers to deliver the necessary guidance.
