1 month into my journey with IFS Ultimo has been a whirlwind. Meeting new people, adapting to new processes, and acquiring new skills has been a steep learning curve. CCH Group's very first Regional Extraordinary Care Award ceremonies are fast approaching, with care professionals from across the company gathering at four events to celebrate their achievements. The winners of the regional events will be given a trophy and a coveted golden ticket to our national event. This is the culmination of the largest recognition scheme the sector has ever seen. The four events are set to be emotional celebrations as we revisit those life-changing stories that define our industry. Regional Managers, like Nikki Oliver, are already feeling the impact of sharing the news with their teams. "Calling the finalists was one of the most humbling days of my career," she shares. "These heroes couldn’t believe that they were chosen for just ‘doing their job’. The reason the Extraordinary Care Awards were created and why we make sure our people are properly recognised each month showed in my team’s reactions”. And the excitement didn’t end after breaking the news. In fact, it has continued to build.
