Remember, your website isn’t just for prospects, it's for candidates as well. In this extremely tough talent market, the quality candidates will do their homework on your organization before they even get to the first interview. Does your website properly convey the culture of your organization? Do you have a section built out specifically on your values, your company culture and how you are a fun community? We often forget that our website has now become our store front, and when someone walks by, what do they see? Take a moment to not only look at your website, but also, scan your social channels.
