California is a national leader in innovation and investment in registered pre-apprenticeships and apprenticeships. This landscape analysis was commissioned to document and promote that, both within California and nationally. The only pathway to achieve the Governor's apprenticeship goal is through the California community college system, the nation's largest public higher education system with 116 colleges and 2.1 million students.

I'm concerned that I am not hearing any mention regarding K12 CTE, particularly with ROPs that are a direct pipeline of diverse, skilled potential future employees primed for apprenticeships. How can we align resources and funding to ensure this pipeline is equitable and robust?
