WOW.........Retirement is a big word to me and when someone of your stature has that word associated with their career it definitely gets my attention. First....Congratulations on a remarkable and difference making career Second......Don't look back, you have made a mark that will not be changed........look forward and enjoy the fruits of your 30+ years of hard work and commitment Third......Racing takes every moment of of life, thats just what we sign up for.........disconnect and enjoy every moment with your family and friends It is an honor to know you and call you friend. our paths did not cross often although my respect has been and always will be with you. Wishing you all the best in retirement I am always around to buy you a beer All the best, Wally walter mccarty 704-621-0212

People get placed into your life and over time you realize what a blessing that is. Dean has been such a great ally and friend for over 20 years. Integrity and Loyalty are not just words - they are how Dean operates. This is the end of an era. Coach often talks about how our deal was done on a napkin! Where your word was your bond. Dean lived that. For those younger professionals who have had the HONOR of working with Dean - I pray have taken notes - totally a class act and tremendous friend

Dean, congratulations on your retirement but more so for the experiences of working with you on business deals that were stewn with life lessons, wisdom, and laughter. Your lessons shared, which I experienced, are a gift to everyone!

Dean is one of the most gracious and giving people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and knowing. He embodies all the things that JGR stands for and helped build a legacy with Coach. Happy for Dean, but sad he will no longer be a source of insight. logic and truth in the racing world.

Well done!! Congrats on all the career success and even more success on your plan to play hard and work less! Many of us watched from afar, took notes and hoped to achieve half the success that you made seem So Effortless!
