It was great to interview Debbie Weekes-Bernard , Deputy Mayor of London for Communities & Social Justice. We discussed how London workforce doesn’t reflect London and why this is, what more employers can do and why Mayor of London invested in designing the Workforce Integration Network (WIN) tools. Greater London Authority has invested in a programme to support businesses in London on how to implement inclusion strategies that lead to positive culture change and ensure the London workforce looks like London. We’ve had some fantastic engagement with employers in London and looking forward to our coaching sessions for employers in early February - would encourage anyone from the Green, Digital & Technolgoy, Creative, Hospitality and Health sectors to sign up (from micro-organisations to large).
