Helping businesses understand Culture and Behaviour to make things people actually want

Dupe culture is everywhere and it's here to stay! The latest entry is "Dupe Travel", which is all about providing alternative experiences and products at a more accessible entry point or price range. This trend initially emerged in the beauty space but has now made its way into the travel industry. As questions around how dupe culture could impact brand loyalty become more commonplace, travel dupes reflect a growing desire for increased authenticity, affordability, and accountability among travellers. According to Booking.com's annual survey, more travellers are looking to step outside of the standard vacation, with 56% preferring to venture off the beaten track. In this age of personalised travel, hyper-local travel platforms like ROADBOOK and Trippin' have gained traction for their original guides and authentic travel documentation. It's clear that travellers are seeking unique and authentic experiences that don't break the bank. I'm here for dupe anything so keep them coming! https://lnkd.in/ebfWwR32 #DupeCulture #TravelTrends #AuthenticTravel #AffordableTravel

Im interested in the leap from dupe desire in fashion and beauty (which I understand to be about cost) to authenticity and accountability in travel … I have seen the research you’re referring to. But how are you joining the dots?
