Has received multiple awards and recognitions, including the 50 Most Influential in Iberoamerica award from the Hispanic IT Executive Council.
Monica Williams, Senior Vice President of Digital Products & Operations at NBC Universal, who has played a vital role in dynamic company growth over the past 8 years. Has received multiple awards, such as “Tech Women of the Year” and "Top Women in Media–Game Changer, Operations Front Runner" by leading business publications. She has ushered the business into a new era of digital product innovation.Throughout her career, Monica has drawn upon her classical business training, Six Sigma Black Belt, and entrepreneurial spirit to make an impact and navigate teams through change. She has created family-like environments that inspire and empower others.
Olivia Chen, Co-founder & CSO/CMO of Twrl Milk Tea, is a creative entrepreneur passionate about community building, storytelling and marketing. Olivia has a proven track record in developing brand stories with a focus on optimizing messaging, effective marketing mix, and maximizing sales conversion. She is passionate about creating positive change and growth while sharing her Taiwanese culture and traditions, especially Tea and Boba Milk Tea, with the world. In her spare time, Olivia is an avid baker and bento creator.
Zenita Henderson, Chief Marketing Officer at Segra, a trailblazer in the cable industry and has dedicated over three decades of her life to the world of technology. Beyond her corporate role, she advocates for community and industry relations, firmly believes in science and technology's power to shape the world positively. As a board member and active leader in several causes, such as the Blind Institute of Technology. She was inducted into the prestigious Cable TV Pioneers Hall of Fame, Most Powerful Women in Cable and the Most Influential Minorities in Cable, and the SCTE/WICT Woman in Technology Award, among others, acknowledging her impact on the industry.
