Primebook India wants to congratulate Krystyna Pyszkova from the Czech Republic for winning the Miss World 2024 crown and especially thank her for, indeed, being the “Beauty with a Purpose”. Her speech on one of the most relevant social agendas of today — “Education for All” — has touched our hearts, just like the judges and audiences who were there at the Jio World Convention Center, Mumbai, on March 9.
As Krystyna Pyszkova said, education is not a mere luxury; it’s a “fundamental right for every child,” and we resonate with her thoughts. Just like Krystyna has the lifelong mission to help underprivileged children get quality education, Primebook aims to deliver the right form of technology to the students of this digital era so that they can get quality education, irrespective of their financial status and geographical location.
The World Economic Forum states that about 38 million children worldwide had to drop out of school during the COVID-19 pandemic, and 11 million of them were girls. They further demonstrate that in India, while the education system has been increasingly shifting online, 58.7% of schools don’t have access to computers, and 75.5% don't have access to internet connectivity.
Hence, as Krystyna even mentioned, the more the children are growing older, their dreams are going “further and further away”. This is because they are unable to “get proper education to fulfil their dream career.” Thanks to her again for advocating this cause. Primebook, too, shall carry forward the mission to bridge the digital divide in the education system, first in India and then across the globe!
In fact, as a responsible citizen of this country and fellow human beings in this world, we all must be committed to empowering underprivileged children towards their right to education. So, it’s high time we join hands to spread the message of inclusive education! It’s high time we take action for an equitable future!

Sir Should I repeat for CAT and try for better college which i have currently?
Tried my best to answer :
Yet again...Next Year....
Are you on the threshold where one stands on the double edged sword of, either to go ahead with the preparation or fall back on the other alternatives . But, when one decides to be courageous and perseveres such testing times, one decides to move ahead with his/her preparation till the exam gets cracked or the threshold is reached again! The important thing here to ponder is what keeps the aspirant going?
HOPE! The aspirants who choose to embark the coming year with their ongoing preparation, have immense amount of hope. Hope is what that has been with them at the initiation of this journey and it is what they still hold. With hope in heart and determination in action, the dream of IIM doesn’t seem impossible. Just google once and you can find a plethora of such stories of ‘hope’ in the IIM aspirants’ circle.
One might succeed this time or one might not, but without being hopeful one loses the chance to witness the equally probable success. And this is the very importance of ‘hope’ and ‘being hopeful’ in an aspirant’s preparation span. Hope doesn’t then remain a merely theoretical fancy expression. It becomes the core of an aspirant’s motivation and the vigour to keep going. Thus, in the recipe for success in this mother of examinations, hope is the foremost and one of the most vital ingredients!
Having said that, there can certainly be pitfalls of being utterly hopeful. You might regret a year later that, may be you could’ve switched to your alternative and been doing well by now rather than remaining ‘stuck’ with hope in your heart. But, that is the price of being hopeful. That is what the whole game is about.
And, that is why it is the threshold of double-edged sword! Your amount of hope reflects how brave you are to keep walking into the dark tunnel with absolutely no clue about its end. It might be dangerous, one might say, but at the end it’s totally worth it.
So, CAT-23 session comes to an end with aspirants who refuse to lose hope, this write up is dedicated especially to you! You all are nothing but the ‘epitome of hope’. Undoubtedly, you’ve went through the roughest of times in the past year/s, you might have also just almost touched your goal but missed it, still you choose to venture ahead with double your efforts. This kind of determination, courage and hope deserves a big appreciation in itself. Because, not everyone has the courage to be hopeful!
This doesn’t make the aspirants who chose to opt out of this competitive exam any less. But, the moment right now is to acknowledge and applaud the spirits of such aspirants who chose to be hopeful and appear yet again, despite knowing the ‘cost of being utterly hopeful’. Kudos to your strength and determination!

Executive Director of the Research Institute for Digital Innovation in Learning (RIDIL). Professor of instructional Technology at Old Dominion University
It's almost one year since I launched the idea of vidpeds - Voice of the Young. At that time, I had no plans for how the concept would evolve over time, or even how it would be implemented in detail.
All I had was a very simple concept.
I had realized that many of today's young Indians are very good, bolstered by the new technologies that allow them to develop themselves without relying on their families, friends, and teachers. Part of the change came from the increasing thrust of online learning during the covid lockdowns.
However, Indian society was stuck in the old ways. Simply put, 'seniors talk, juniors listen.' Even though the young are said to be the country's future.
I decided to flip it. On my channel, it would be 'juniors talk, senior listens.' That's all. It was very hard to explain it to the first few young speakers - but they did a great job, which has paved the way for where we are today.
First young speaker May 4 2023: Alan Seemon https://lnkd.in/geMUJXphhttps://lnkd.in/gmyfGme5
Second young speaker May 8 2023 Shivangi Bosehttps://lnkd.in/g5YhxecS
Third young speaker May 15 2023 Farman Chauhanhttps://lnkd.in/g5YhxecS
I thank them and all the subsequent young speakers for creating a win-win channel. I now think of it as a start-up, which has now moved to Phase 2, and should become a permanent feature of life for young people.
At present, my channel includes both young people and experts. I plan to split off the expert channel soon, and have two channels. Thanks all.
This years beginning for me was marked by not just another competition but a new and surreal experience
On 2 February 2024, me and college teammates were on the premises of PCTE Group of Institutes, Ludhiana to be the attendees of national level Dr. DR Memorial bpd along with several other renowned and prestigious cathedrals from all over the nation. Whilst all that, i was internally dreading about me giving my best and not letting my team down and to perform my duties as a whip with the utmost profundity.
•Topic and Performance:
Our first roundwas by and for the second round we were given the topic the house believes "india is the new epicenter of world " -opposition. Now even tho, the patriots in us were battling with the debators who had to overcome the dilemma between their actions and beliefs. We went against the team from DIT UNIVERSITY . After the preparation, i was ready to give all in and there we were, sitting across our competitors ready to be challenged. After the intense competition, we won by several points making us even more engaged for the next round. For the next round ,topic was "thb that Israel should not exist" - favor. This time the competition was with Ramjas College DU. We gave an intense counter and several rebuttals but after the cutthroat competition, we were short of 2 points.
•Afterthought: Eventhough we only managed to make it till quater finals but it was real a win situation for me, personally. Reasons being:
○ The ample amout of confidence shown in me by others was more than sufficient to overcome my thoughts of me falling short.
○ Exactly after the second round, the very same competitors that we thought were hostile, were actually very open and outgoing personalities. This allowed me to see the difference of how people potray themselves professionally even when they are completely the opposite in real life.
○ My experience not only made me happy with what i have accomplished but knowing that a tough competition was given and the opposite party was threatened by the participation was also fondly a win.
○ Lastly, the idea of not being able to do something is actually the main obstacle that hinders our participation and confidence. Even in the darkest or lowest points, do what i do, create a happy window - a memory that's a cherished experience, a fond one, making you believe that there exists that window and today might be another vision to that same window.
