These perfect little biscuits were a real hit at the event I catered for and I have had so many requests for the recipe so make sure you save the post! ✨️Chocolate Hazelnut Cardamom Biscuits✨️ Ingredients 200g plain flour 25g cocoa 75g granulated sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder 115g cubed salted butter at room temperature 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 100g toasted chopped hazelnuts 2 tbsp milk Method 1. Toast the hazelnuts in a pan and once cooled chop into small pieces. 2. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder sugar & baking powder. 3. Add the butter and mix to a breadcrumb consistency. 4. Mix in the cardamon powder and the hazelnuts 5. Slowly add in the milk and bring together to form a dough, add a little extra milk if needed but don't make it too sticky.. 6. Roll the dough to form a log that is about 3cm in diameter. 7. Wrap in foil and place in the freezer for at least 2hrs. 8. Take out of the freezer, unwrap and slice into 1/2cm rounds. 9. Place onto a lined baking tray and cook at 180°C for 22mins. Then cool on a wire rack. Let me know if you make them, send me a picture or tag me in a post. Don't forget to save the post. Happy Pancake Day to all of our wonderful followers🥞 Chef Martin shows us his amazing buttermilk pancakes with crème fraîche, honey & blueberries🫐🍯 Recipe👇🏼 - 120g plain flour - 1/2 tsb bicarbonate of soda - 2 tsb baking powder - 1 tbsp caster sugar - 2 large eggs - 300g buttermilk - 30g melted butter - 150g blueberries - 150ml crème fraîche - Local honey Method👇🏼 - Sift together the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda & sugar in a bowl. Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks. - Mix the egg yolks, buttermilk & melted butter into the dry ingredients to create a batter. - Gently fold in the egg whites. - Over medium heat, spoon a generous dollop of the batter. When bubbles appear flip the pancake, letting the other side cook for two minutes until golden. - Once all the pancakes are cooked, build a stack with layers of creamy crème fraîche, juicy blueberries & a drizzle of honey between each layer. - Enjoy!

Here's my favorite cookie recipe...why not bake them today with your family and make some memories? 🍪 Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 1 1/4C packed brown sugar 3/4C butter flavored Crisco 1 egg 1/3C milk 1 1/2tsp vanilla 3C quick oats 1C flour 1/2tsp salt 1/2tsp baking soda 1/2tsp cinnamon 1/4tsp cloves 1C raisins Preheat oven to 375*. Mix the brown sugar, Crisco, egg, milk and vanilla until well mixed. Combine the oats, flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Stir into creamed mixture until just blended. chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters 🍓 recipe: -2 cups strawberries, chopped -1 cup greek yogurt or coconut yogurt -1 tsp vanilla extract -3 to 4 tbsp honey or agave -1 cup chocolate chips -1 tbsp coconut oil in a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla, then fold in the chopped strawberries. scoop the strawberry yogurt mixture into clusters and place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. freeze for 1-2 hours or until frozen. in a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil. once they are frozen, coat the clusters in the melted chocolate. place back onto baking sheet and into the freezer for another 10 min. #chocolatestrawberry #strawberryrecipes #healthyrecipes #healthy #easyrecipes #glutenfreedairyfree #healthydessert #cleaneats #easydessert #refinedsugarfree #healthyfoodie
