We should all take pride in the loyalty and excellent corporate culture within Kährs. Everything is built on our values and our great culture: Committed employees, Openness & Transparency, Professionalism, and, not least, a focus on Trust and Confidence. It has been crucial for us to swiftly adjust and ensure that we remain a robust company capable of quickly ramping up when the situation turns around, as it inevitably will. Despite the tough times, we have continued to invest in the development of new innovative flooring solutions, progressed in important sustainability efforts that will strengthen Kährs' offering even further. We have also made significant strides in digitalization, enabling us to provide better and faster service to our customers. All of this has allowed us to gain market share in certain segments and markets within a challenging environment. Heading into 2024, we anticipate continued challenging times. Ongoing global uncertainty with wars in Europe and the Middle East, coupled with high interest rates crucial to construction investments, means we all need to prepare for another challenging year that will affect us all. We have experienced tough times throughout the years at Kährs, and I am confident that we will overcome this challenge as well by adapting to a new market situation. We clearly see a rising trend in investments in infrastructure, increasing opportunities within our commercial segment. Moreover, we observe that interest rates, so vital for housing construction, may have peaked and might decline faster than experts anticipate.
