Is there a limit to understanding and knowing your customers?
I think no. At the end of the day, customers are people with lives, families and friends and many at times your product or service will be used by everyone in their life.
In our case at ZaZu LTD, understanding what the client envisions for their landscape and how it will be used with their people is critical.
Will it be for commercial purposes, do they want to sit outside with friends have & a barbecue in their yard? Do they want a home garden for vegetables and herbs used in cooking?
Building an exterior landscape that is unique, functional and beautiful needs a clear picture of how they intend to use their space. So, many at times, we get to meet everyone involved and walk with them in their transformation journey.
