“Brands are not just selling products; they're selling an experience, and there's a loyalty component there." totally agree! - When we buy a TV, we don't just buy a TV; we imagine the experience of watching scenes through that widescreen. - When we buy a sofa, we don't just buy something to sit on, but we imagine the comfort we'll have when we chill with our loved ones.

Connection, personalization, and emotion are the new pillars of customer loyalty. The brands that tap into this are the ones leading the charge in eCommerce innovation.
