You may have heard the old advertising slogan, "It's a Jeep thing." It was a great marketing campaign to build a sense of belonging and community for the Jeep vehicle market. I recently had the opportunity to speak with Cecilia Sepp, CAE, ACNP - a nonprofit cheerleader and networking dynamo. She speaks with innovators who are boldly pursuing passion projects.
