Almost every job advert I see at the moment claims that the company is, or is aiming to be an 'Employer of Choice'. Who wouldn't want to be? But what does it take to have that accolade? Glassdoor's recent awards reflect some very common themes. - Employers who recognise their employees with good salaries and benefits - Employers where their employees feel that their voice is heard and valued - Places where employees feel safe, engaged and energised to come to work. Places where 'people-first' is a way of life, not a tagline. Here's to more 'Employers of Choice' If you'd like to be one, but you don't quite know how to nail it, let's talk. #employerofchoice #peoplefirst #workplaceculture #teamdynamics #leadershipdevelopment https://lnkd.in/ejJHvJts

I do want to see a little more behind what 'Employer of choice' actually means on these job ads. Not just tokenism!
