The SCOTUS Corruption strikes again! This is unacceptable! Trump only has immunity for his "official" acts as president. However, Presidential acts can't be entered into court as evidence. Private conduct is not immunity, however, separating a "private" from "official" is questionable. This is clearly an SCOTUS opinion to serve one person only, Trump! This will go "case by case" if the President's actions are "private" or "official." The limits to the Presidential acts has to be crystal clear!!! Presidents can hide behind this decision and become cold blooded killers. What does the indictment mention? It goes step by step on how Trump was informed about him losing the election and all the things Trump did after being told he lost the election. The SCOTUS has written a blueprint to end the Federal Indictments against Trump. One can't expect broken systems to fix themselves. It would be naive to expect the crooked politicians that benefit from corruption to have any interest in fixing the system. The only logical approach is for American citizens from both the Left and the Right to come together to bring forward a ballot initiative that would impose fair rules on Washington. Together we can achieve a fair system where lobbyists are criminalised. I don’t share political stuff much on what is a business platform but the idea that a ruling by the Supreme Court in such a way wouldn’t have a radical effect on business and geo-politics is for the birds. Buckle-up… This news piece came across my YouTube suggestions this morning (I strongly urge you to watch whether you support Trump or not what was argued). It’s probably the most disturbing (and I’m sure we can all agree there have been plenty of disturbing news pieces in the last few decades) news piece I’ve seen for a long time. The very concept that a US President can essentially be crowned a King (or Queen) by granting them complete immunity and an ability to order the execution of any political rival so long as it can be deemed an “Official Act”. A legal term that is pretty broad. The last time a British monarchy ordered the execution of a political rival was Charles II of Oliver Cromwell in 1661 (although technically died two years before the order was actually signed). Whilst previous monarchs have had the power they’ve left it to the courts to decide. What is most curious is that should the largely Trump appointed Supreme Court argue that a US President can be granted full immunity then there’s absolutely nothing to stop Biden say from ordering the execution his own political rivals. Whether you support Donald Trump or not, what should matter here surely is protecting democracy and the constitution. You cannot have a safe Republic if you grant complete immunity and crown a Monarch. I just honestly find it staggering that we’re at a place in history where the US is realistically saying, after all the years they fought the Brits to gain their own independence from a Monarch, that they want to a crown a new one. People fought hard NOT to have a Monarch with an executive overreach. It beggars belief and is absolutely nuts. This week, the Biden-Harris administration announced a series of proposals to restore accountability to the U.S. Supreme Court, including 18-year term limits for justices and a binding and enforceable code of conduct. This momentum cannot be lost. Action to hold billionaire-backed judges on the Supreme Court accountable is necessary to safeguard the court's critical role for democracy, reinstitute trust in the Supreme Court, and protect the interests of everyday Americans.  We need 18-year term limits implemented now.
