Here is what’s happening Around Kenvue: 1. In honor of #Juneteenth, Black at Kenvue Impact Network hosted a thought-provoking event entitled Juneteenth: where do we go from here?" led by Rutgers School of Social Work lecturer, Jackie Phillips, LCSW. To give Kenvuers time to reflect on the importance of freedom, equality and the ongoing journey towards justice for all, U.S.-based team members receive a paid holiday in recognition of this observance. 2. Kenvuer Fernanda Trejo strikes a pose with a larger-than-life Tylenol® bottle at a Latin America team meeting. Fernanda said the meeting was full of learnings, inspiration and motivation to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care. 3. Kenvuers in Spain recently visited the emergency warehouse of the Spanish Red Cross, where they helped in organizing the distribution of Piz Buin® sunscreen products to support those in need. These products will help protect against the damaging effects of the sun during the summer season. 4. In early June, Kenvue R&D leaders attended the Scientist Mentoring and Diversity Program training event in San Diego. This career development program pairs minority PhD students and postdoctoral scholars with mentors to help guide their transition from academia to industry. Eight Kenvuers provided career guidance and mentorship to the scholars as a show of our commitment to achieving equity in #STEM. 5. Last month, Kenvue team members, along with Heart to Heart International, volunteered to build hygiene kits for disaster relief. When tornadoes hit the towns of Bentonville and Rogers, Arkansas, local Kenvuers quickly mobilized to support their community using the kits, which had been packed just two weeks prior. Personal messages of hope on the kits showed the true impact of our caring culture. #WeAreKenvue
