"Wheels Up!" Usually that's associated with fun -- a conference, work summit, or trip with friends. But how many of us are "wheels up" to take care of family members, friends, or to practice self care? Do we ever post about that? I have been "wheels up" twice this week to take care of my Mom, but it's our team at Alvarez & Marsal that has allowed me to still thrive when when personal challenges arose. Strong bonds within our team created a resilient environment, so that I could go "wheels up" and not let any projects fall. The eDiscovery and Legal Ops community is awesome -- and we truly understand the power of support.
