And we help them to find which door is the logical next step with career coaching. Many of our trainees land at clients, or bravely pick a door to the unknown (other companies, their own business, ...). Other trainees decide that there is no need to open a new door, like Juline who signed with us as a management consultant. Learning on the job! ✅ Waaaay back in 1999 when I was a young logistics trainee ... Part of my traineeship program was riding with one of the drivers that I dispatched. First trip i took, was a round trip from Copenhagen, Denmark to Oslo, Norway in this cool truck! I learnt first hand what the drivers go through, living out of the truck, delivering 4 partial loads of freight, reloading with freight back to Denmark, and dealing with the warehouse team members in person! It was extra cool, because I myself had built the loads we delivered in Norway! Great experience that helped create a complete understanding of FREIGHT! Working From Home Versus Working at the Office : (1) Post Covid, Petronas cut manhours working from home from 8 days per month to 4 days per month. Must have been dued to some reasons huh.  (2) Just imagine if you're an Intern or Protégé but you have to work from home for your entire program.  (3) Obviously, having an official  meeting with your Boss and Colleagues would be more effective and interactive at the office face to face.
