Klaviyo are not changing their prices. They are implementing some tier discipline.
The difference is huge, and saying they are "increasing their prices" or "changing their pricing model" is borderline malicious. They are not.
It's always been active profiles + monthly email volume. The active profiles were just not as religiously monitored as the volume.
From 18th February onwards, they are both monitored with equal weight.
So while you're cleaning your list and doing "active profile management" (that's a new thing, too!), think - what does my volume look like in the next 30 days?
If your account auto-downgrades, your volume tier will, too, and vice-versa.
How many emails are you sending per month? To how many people? How many do you NEED to send?
