🙌 At the Cutting Edge Public Safety Solutions Roadshow, hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Fairfield Police Department (Fairfield, CT), and co-hosted by Strategic Communications, I had the opportunity to present on how Guardian Alliance and All-Star Talent streamline the law enforcement hiring process, ensuring swift and efficient recruitment. Joining me were Lieutenant Richard Gray from the Placer County Sheriff's Office and Kim Johnson, our VP of Relationship Management & Onboarding, who provided additional insights on the topic. We needed a solution to speed up the process and keep applicants engaged." This approach addresses the misconception that there aren't enough applicants. "Everything is online now. Applicants can complete forms on their phones, which speeds up the process significantly. With Guardian, we can do backgrounds in less than 28 days from start to finish," Lieutenant Gray explained. This is a huge improvement compared to the traditional six to seven months.
