Celebrating All Achievements, Recognizing Every Effort: Lessons Learned in My Journey
In society, high achievers and those who make significant decisions must receive much-deserved recognition and appreciation. Their dedication, sacrifices, efforts, and vision are commendable, and they rightly deserve the accolades they receive. However, alongside these notable successes, we must also celebrate the smaller achievements that often go unnoticed.
These small achievers are the individuals who uplift their families from lower class to middle class, making sacrifices and investing their time for seemingly modest gains. Renovating a home, buying a second-hand car, booking a new house, purchasing gold, or getting an operation done without incurring debt—these milestones may appear minor, but they are significant for those who started from more challenging positions and juggled numerous responsibilities.
I felt compelled to share this because, at times, small achievements, when unnoticed, can put pressure on the doer and break their confidence. But no—the only thing we need to get better at is being ourselves, better at how we live, think, and act. It's just us and those around us; getting better is an achievement in itself.
Big victories and grand successes should indeed be the stories we tell and the goals we strive for. While everyone gets lucky at some point, standing firm until that day comes is a matter of dedication and determination.
