I hesitate to post this and I hesitate not to…because it’s really important to us. We are hiring for an essential and integral role in our company and we only want the perfect fit. It’s too important to get it wrong. We are looking for an: Accounting Manager •client-facing 5-star communicator •systems psycho •bookkeeping legend •financial reporting superhero Not trying to be clever here…just being real…don’t HMU if you are: - just trying to work remotely (it’s remote but that’s not a good enough reason to apply) - tired of clients - are slow to communicate - hate learning new things - aren’t adaptable - aren’t motivated by growth or money or performance bonuses - just want a job - aren’t a creative thinker or problem solver - can’t understand being obsessed with client success - is an average bean counter who isn’t dynamic and fun to talk to - doesn’t even have a picture on LinkedIn while you are job hunting. Spot on about client success obsession. In finance, I've found that client-centric approach always leads to better cash flow and stronger relationships.
