I found this insightful post by my Product Management Mentor at Enoverlab , Mr. Olabanji Samuel, and it perfectly captures a crucial aspect of business success: "No matter how good your product or business is, if there is no strategy around its distribution, it won't become a viable product. A less sophisticated product with a great distribution strategy will do bigger business than a great product with a poor distribution strategy." This statement resonates deeply! Businesses must allocate substantial resources not only to product development but also to crafting a robust Product Launch and Distribution Strategy. I don’t post often on LinkedIn, but when I do…😬 Today I had the opportunity to meet and listen to Bob Moesta, co-architect of Jobs-to-be-Done framework at #JustProduct Conference by Product Masterclass in Munich. During a conversation in the break, I was struck by his humbleness and saw him as more than just a thought leader; I saw Bob Moesta – the person who genuinely wants to help people with their struggles. Two key takeaways: 💡The struggling moment is the seed for innovation: Should you build the “best” product, or should you build a product that solves specific, real struggles? 💡Don’t be afraid of asking ‘dumb’ questions – those are the ones that make you smarter. Thank you, Bob, for the inspiration and ‘aha’ moment, reminding us to take a step back to be able to see the big picture. 🚀
