A great slide it allows us to see what can constitute mental abuse. The crazy thing about some of them is that we can find ourselves inadvertently being responsible for the mental abuse. It can happen without conscious thought or malic, it can be a consequence of our preferences in behaviour clashing together. These clashes tend to happen during times of stress, brought on by excessive change, a lack of time and sometimes just our innate behavioural responses triggering like a lightning bolt. It can be hard to realise that we might be having this effect on others, and it can also be enlightening. The awareness enabling us to act (Actions Change Things) to build and maintain sustainable relationships, in work and in our daily life. We owe it to our self and others to find a way to act as quickly as possible.
