Digital health - more does not mean better. Thinking of a lot of the hard work in digital strategies and frameworks, it's still fascinating that it seems so tricky to get the last bit - the actual user experience bit - right. And I don't mean the specific interface; I mean the journey, the one that often requires an amazing amount of #healthliteracy. In the Nordic Health 2030 Movement we’ve looked at lot at how to get system and individual to better co-exist for mutual benefit and balance, yet a lot of digital tools and initiatives suffer from a one-sidedness, that still leaves the patient and the caregivers a bit struggling. At least that also one of the core findings in the E-Health4Cancer project, but it's mirrored in other disease areas. Being a digital patient (or caregiver) seems en route to be as challenging as being analog. Now just with more user names, password, and digital labyrinths. So it's great to also get to include these learnings in development process of the DIOPTRA Project - and gladly also in our research cluster. Wish you were here? Check out the programme and topics for the symposium for e-health solutions for cancer patients and caregivers taking place today and tomorrow - Jan 11 and 12, 2024 - in Naples. Lots to learn and discuss for the future of cancer care in Europe. Will share more during the two days - to at least give more of you a peek at what going on.
