Chocolate workshop christmas 24/25. A few days ago, we had the opportunity to organize a truly special workshop for the Alex Vallbona team, where creativity merged with marketing strategy and a delicious touch of luxury chocolates. This workshop, created by Akt Talent, our new department focused on training and team buildings, was led by Camil Castellà and Tania Martorell Riviere. With Galletti we share the approach to the market so, despite having different objectives, we immediately found ourselves aligned on the guidelines. Obviously, for a company of HT-Cooling’s size, being able to count on the support of a company of this type is certainly a benefit and I would say that rather than increasing, it enriches the value of our positioning on the market. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞? Joining the group does not change the quality and content of our value proposition. In fact, it enhances them. We will continue to emphasize the importance of dialogue and listening, which, combined with the experience and know-how of our technical and sales staff, have proven to be winning arguments in the market. Couldn't have picked a better guest for our first episode of the Daily Standup, launching tomorrow. In this episode, Ornella Jacobs joins us as we hit on a core reason we're launching this thing: to increase accessibility of customer success to a broader audience. This might come as no surprise, but we in customer success might be developing a tendency to get... well, lost in our own sauce. I'm seeing that manifest in two non-ideal ways: 1 - An increasing divide between CS folks and everyday people outside CS. (How many times have you tried to explain customer success and tripped up? Especially when you could have just described it as something simple and relatable like client relations? And how hard was it getting into this field when you didn't have the exact background on the job description?) 2 - An increasing divide between CS thought leadership and the everyday practitioner. (How often do you log into LinkedIn and find bespoke or prescriptive advice that, while it's super valuable, is tailored to niche audiences and use cases?) On the Daily Standup, we want to bridge these gaps by amplifying the voices of everyday CS practitioners and anyone else with a connection to CS. We aim to bring a diversity of thoughts and opinions from all corners both in and out of CS. We're posting daily, bite-sized chunks of CS wisdom from the masses in this fun little micro-pod.
