FROM TECHNOCRACY TO EVOLUTION The EHMA European Health Management Association congress has just ended. A gathering that represents the best of management research in healthcare systems. These were the main topics: People-centred systems Health technology and digital transformation Workforce of the future Sustainable and resilient health systems Healthcare access, delivery and outcomes. As ASSOCIAZIONE ITALIANA DI HEALTH COACHING® we had the opportunity to present a poster on the Human-Tech model showed for the very first time at our Meeting Lab 2023. It was interesting to discover that other researchers have identified the need to develop human potential as the real recipe for generating progress from innovation, as well. In this, the models for creating the new health management leadership must be rethought. As Italian Health Coaches we hope to be able to contribute with our capacity for empowerment to the acceleration of this process of professional growth and educational upgrading. Hopefully bringing some papers in EHMA Rennes 2025 in collaboration with Universities or Public Health Institutions!!!

⚠️Register for the upcoming #IFICAustralia Webinar - ‘Epic Fails’ in Integrated Care – Learning from our Failures!⚠️ There are many ways in which we get things wrong when integrating care: • A lack of shared values or vision. • The local context hasn’t been considered. • People and communities are not at the centre of health and care services. • The capacity of local communities may have been neglected. • The workforce is not sustainable. • Governance models are not in place, or there is an absence of leadership. • There’s an inability for data and information to be collected, stored, and shared. • Financial systems are fragmented. • No one has considered what success will look like or how it will be measured. • Drawing on a panel of experienced Australian integrated care practitioners, this webinar seeks to explore our failures in integrated care, and reflect on how we might better design, implement, and evaluate our integrated care initiatives moving forward. This session covers the following topics: • Failure related to study design • Lessons learned in implementing integrated care initiatives • Failures in the integration of primary care • Balancing research and service delivery aims. Facilitated by Dr Zoi Triandafilidis of University of Newcastle and Central Coast Research Institute (CCRI) with panellists Dr Jennifer Mann of Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, Dr Karen Hutchinson of Macquarie University and Dr James Gillespie of University of Sydney. 📆Tuesday, 22nd May ⏰7.00AM Dublin | 8.00AM Brussels | 4.00PM Sydney 🔗https://lnkd.in/gMpEXBmC
