The data is clear - workplaces with an unassigned seating strategy and a good variety of spaces, provide the best employee experience on average. Yet, the key word here is average: not everyone has a great experience in unassigned workplaces, even with a wide variety of spaces. Importantly, these proportions can vary greatly from one workplace to another. Even within one organisation, different workplaces may have significantly different proportions of employees from each experience group.
