The data is clear - workplaces with an unassigned seating strategy and a good variety of spaces, provide the best employee experience on average. Yet, the key word here is average: not everyone has a great experience in unassigned workplaces, even with a wide variety of spaces. Importantly, these proportions can vary greatly from one workplace to another.
